Refund and Returns Policy

Once the product is delivered based on your order, we do not have a return or exchange policy. Please understand that these are Ayurvedic products, and once the order reaches, we cannot allow returns considering standards of hygiene.
We usually recommend a patch test, and though most of our products do not have side-effects, customers may have specific skin/hair/health conditions making the product unsuitable for them to use. If the product does not suit you, we cannot thus entertain any refund or replacement request. Please always read the labels carefully, and follow instructions diligently.

ORDER CANCELLATION

At this time, we cannot entertain order cancellation once the order is placed. It cannot be modified or cancelled.
However, if you have received any damaged product, or defective product or wrong order is received, please feel to contact our customer service @ Call/ WhatsApp +91-7878780909 within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images / video of the product received.
Kindly allow us a minimum of 3-4 business days from the day we have received your complaint.

REPLACEMENT

We deal in herbal and Ayurvedic products that need strict hygiene standards. As a result, all our products are non-returnable due to the standards of hygiene/health as per the standards of personal care/wellness/consumable products. In addition, we ensure that our shipments go through rigorous quality check procedures before they leave our warehouse.
In the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, we provide free-of-cost replacement of the product within 3 days after the product has been delivered, in case you have: –
received product (s) in damaged or mutilated condition or;
received a product (s) that is different from what you ordered with us.

MISSING PRODUCT

In the rare case you find any of the items missing as per your order, we request you to provide us with a short video opening the box and showing the damage in the video. Without this evidence, we won’t be able to process your claims further.

REFUND POLICY

We do not have a refund policy. In usual circumstances, we will exchange or replace your product, if we find it suitable as per our policies.
In case your order has been canceled at our end, the refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. Allow the process 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case your order has not reached you within the stipulated time, we will resend the same. No refund will be issued against it under any circumstances. Kindly contact our customer care for re-shipping.
Man Trust company reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. In case of Prepaid orders, the refund of the same will be processed in 24 hrs and the same will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
